Disappointing that the bus service to town now has to be paid for BUT EVEN WORSE the timing does not necessarily tally with the ferry arrival and so I have had to wait for up to 30 mins for a bus to town - not easy in the wind and cold! What a shame too that P&O do not advertise their offers in the local press now.'

Not only do you pay a fortune (compared to the rest of Europe) for overninght fares, for what resembles a meal, you will get very little change from £20. Even worse is the fuel charge that they suddenly try and sneak in after you have chosen your fares and get to the payment page. Sad thing is that there isn't enough competition to take this ferry company on' - Holiday Guru says - the fuel surcharge is now shown during the booking process so you won't geta suprise later on.
